With an experience over 15 years, Grup de Lux is the most important real estate agency on the local market. Starting with January 2011 we decided to join the RE/MAX network, that has an active presence in over 60 countries, with 10.000 offices and 130.000 real estate agents in the whole world.
In our attempt to cover the market recently opened a new office RE/MAX Grup de Lux in Bistrita, and we intend to continue to expand in the following years.

Our Services
Grup de Lux offers a complex service of real estate services as described in the below chapters. The agency fee is between 1,5 and 4% from the value of the transaction for selling, and 50% - 100 % from the value of one month rent, beeing adjustable accordingly to the complexity of the transaction. The fee is paid to the agency only at the close of the deal.
